A great solution to book keeping for a small business, great prices, and monthly turn around of ledger is excellent. Yearly reviews allow for any corrections. Interfaces with Quickbooks online, for that I’m in control of reports needed, changes to be made, etc.

When you sign up for one of their plans, you’ll be introduced to the bookkeeper who will be handling your books. You will also be given the contact details for a lead accountant overseeing your account if you have any issues to discuss. The company is headed up by CEO Tim McDonald, and their target customers are start-ups and small to medium-sized businesses. I would have given 2 stars except they were good in the beginning. Recently only update when I have to ask and then ask for the same information multiple times after they had already received from me.
